NTA JEE Main 2020: The online application process of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2020) will end on Sunday 24 May. Candidates who have not yet applied can apply on the official website nta.ac.in or jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Apart from this, for those candidates who have already applied for the Engineering Entrance Examination, they will be given the opportunity to edit the form in which the candidates can choose the city for the examination as per their convenience. This facility will be available from 25 to 31 May.
9 lakh candidates had registered for JEE Main to be held between 18 and 23 July. JEE Advanced will be held on 23 August. From this year, the exam pattern of JEE Main has also been changed. There will be a total of 75 questions, out of which there are 20 MCQs and five long-term questions in each session. Long-form questions have been added. Each question will carry four marks and if the wrong answer will be deducted by 1 mark.
JEE is conducted twice a year. In the January examination, 9,21,261 candidates had registered, while 8,69,010 candidates had appeared for it. The results of the January exam have been announced, in which nine students achieved 100 percentile.
