CBSE: The remaining sheet of the exams postponed again, now the announcement will be on May 18

The date sheet of the remaining examinations of CBSE Board Class 10th-12th was scheduled to be released today at 5 pm, which has been postponed. Now the date sheet of the exam will be announced on 18 May.

CBSE Exam Date Sheet 2020: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had already informed that the remaining exams of class 10th-12th will be conducted between July 1 and 15. On the other hand, Human Resource Development Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank had informed through a tweet today that the complete date sheet of the remaining examinations of class 10th-12th will be declared at 5 pm. But now the announcement of the date sheet has been postponed till Monday.

Now the date sheet will be released on 18 May. He wrote, CBSE is taking into consideration some additional technical aspects before finalizing the date sheet of the board exams, due to this, the date sheet of class 10th and 12th examination to be held today at 5 pm is now announced on Monday (18-05 -2020)

Let us tell you, CBSE had already told that there will be no 10th examination anywhere in the country. Missed exam will be conducted only for students of North East Delhi.

CBSE Secretary Anurag Tripathi had said

In a special conversation with Sources, he said that there are only 1-2 examinations left in the 10th board exam. For this, we will do the internal assessment of the examination already taken, in which we will give the result for the remaining examination from the average and other formulas. For this reason, it is not necessary to conduct examinations.

CBSE: Evaluating the answer books

On the other hand, CBSE has started evaluating the answer books for those examinations which have already been conducted. This process may take 50 days to complete. Dr. Nishank had told that the examination of 29 subjects is yet to be done, but of the 173 subjects which had been tested, there are more than 1.5 crore answer books. Whose approval has been received from the Ministry of Home Affairs.

CBSE has identified 3000 schools as assessment centers. Now these answer books are being sent to the teachers’ homes from 3000 evaluation centers. After which the teachers are starting the process of evaluation.

What is being taken care of during evaluation?

Due to the outbreak of Corona virus, the CBSE board is now preparing a set of rules and guidelines for the upcoming board exams. For the safety of students and teachers, special attention is being given to social distancing. Strict rules will be adopted during the exam. Examination centers will be prepared with all necessary kits for students and teachers.
